Job Summary:

Under general supervision and direction of the Human Resources Information Systems Manager performs data entry, receptionist activities, and general office tasks as required within the department.  Work requires accuracy, attention to detail, good judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.

   

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or a certificate of completion for an accredited course in business.  A copy of the certificate or transcripts must be attached to the employment application.  A copy of the certificate(s) or a copy of an official / unofficial transcript must be attached to the employment application.
  • Two years of data entry experience.  Must be able to pass a proficiency test with minimal errors.
  • Be able to file accurately and quickly.
  • Knowledge of business English, spelling and arithmetic; knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.
  • Must be computer competent with Microsoft Windows environment, Office 2007 programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish.
   

Salary:

 

  

Grade 26-1 $10.28/hr
40 hours per week
52.4 weeks per year
