Job Title : Physical Resources Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary: The Maintenance Specialist will provide repair and maintenance for agency facilities and equipment to ensure proper function and a safe environment based on the priorities set forth in the Work Request System.

Minimum Qualifications: Education or Experience: GED or High School Diploma and one for the following:
  • 5 years documented maintenance or repair experience or
  • 5 years HVAC experience or
  • 5 years appliance repair experience or
  • 5 years or more of documented comparable experience

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office environment
    Ability to drive to five county service area.
    Ability to work long hours and adjust schedule when necessary
    Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    Read, write, understand, and speak English.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience or ability to acquire skills necessary to make HVAC, Appliance, and Locksmith type repairs

Salary: $$15.27 per hour bi weekly, 40 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year
